Aviles-Meza

I am an Assistant Professor of Philosophy at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. I received my PhD in Philosophy, with a minor in Cognitive Science, from Cornell University.

Before Cornell, I earned a BA and a professional degree in Psychology from Universidad Ricardo Palma, completed graduate coursework in Neuroscience at Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, and received an MA in Philosophy from Central European University.

My research lies primarily in philosophy of mind and epistemology, approached through the lens of cognitive science.
